  • Respite care is temporary care for any individual when their normal carer/s are not available, due to going on holiday, short break, sickness or a family emergency.

    Respite care is also typically used as part of recovery after an accident, illness or surgery when additional support may be needed. 

    Everybody needs time for themselves, more so when they care for a loved one, we will ensure that all your care needs are met while we cover your main carer ensuring minimal disruption to your routine and keeping you at home.

  • Care does not just stop at the end of the day and you may need assistance during the night with medication, toilet breaks, changing of continence pads or repositioning. 

    We will personalise your overnight care needs so you can remain at home and feel safe and comfortable. 

  • We can help you with your personal care needs, including, but not limited to:

     

    • Bathing and showering, including hair washing and bed baths.

    • Dressing and changing of clothes.

    • Oral hygiene

    • Shaving

    • Toilet needs, commode, bed pans, changing of continence pads, along with
      cleaning intimate areas.

    • Changing of catheter bags and stoma bags.

  • We can assist with maintaining your home with duties such as:

    • Hoovering / Polishing / Laundry and ironing / Bedding change 

    • Washing dishes / Bathroom cleaning

    • Pet care 

  • We will personalise a medication support plan with you, to ensure your medication needs are met. This can be from just checking you have
    taken your medication, prompting, to preparing and administering your medication for you.


    We also offer support with creams, gels, eye/ ear drops and ointments. We can even collect your prescriptions for you, if required.

  • We can assist you with meal preparation or we can help by preparing all meals for you. This includes the preparation of snacks and drinks.
    We will tailor a personalised nutritional and hydration support plan, so we will know all your preferences.

  • Palliative care is specialised care for people with serious or terminal illnesses who wish to remain in the comfort of their own home.

    Our goal is to improve the quality of life for you, focusing on all your care needs, and providing relief from symptoms, pain, stress and to support you and your family from the emotional effects from the illness.

  • We will provide assistance to all care needs, so you or your loved one may remain at home, allowing you/them to pass away peacefully and comfortably, surrounded by their family and home comforts.

    We will support you and your loved ones to feel safe and comforted during this distressing time.

    We offer a quick turn around service with EOL for those who maybe in hospital and wish to come home to pass.

  • We can assist you to any appointments, hospital, DR’s, dentist, hair dresser and any other appointment you may have.

    We can also assist you with your social and leisure activities.

  • We can help by doing the shopping for you or by taking you to the shops and helping. We ensure to go to your preferred shops and work with you on making your shopping list.

  • We are available to support your wellbeing and offer comfort by visiting you to offer company, this usually involves a nice cup of tea and a lovely chat, sometimes cake is involved too! We believe that no one should ever feel lonely.
