Naomi has worked within the adult care sector for nearly 20 years giving her a wealth of knowledge and experience. In 2020 Naomi went into a partnership to start her own business and in time was able to take over the company alone, giving her knowledge on the best way to navigate tricky business situations when you are in a partnership. Naomi is passionate and strives for an excellent standard of care whilst ensuring the person-centred approach is always taken. She has achieved her Level 5 NVQ and is currently in the process of doing her Level 7. Naomi has formed strong relationships with other healthcare professionals and clients' families' members to ensure that our clients receive the best possible care from all areas.
